• Obscene or sexually explicit content in violation of applicable law (incl. IT Act s.67/67A). SahiURL does not allow pornographic content or links that directly facilitate access to such content for users in India. We may geoblock or remove at our discretion globally.
• Terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement to violence.
• Trade of illegal drugs, prescription drug abuse, or drug manufacturing guides.
• Weapons trafficking, explosive-making instructions.
• Human trafficking, prostitution, or exploitation.
• Self-harm encouragement, suicide content, or eating disorder promotion.
• Gambling where unlawful; unlicensed betting; illegal lotteries.
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, financing of terrorism, pyramid/Ponzi schemes.
• Malware, spyware, botnets, keyloggers, cryptojacking, phishing, credential harvesting, drive-by downloads.
• Sale or distribution of stolen data, hacking tools intended for unauthorized access.

• Hate speech targeting protected classes; harassment, doxxing, invasion of privacy.
• Sensitive personal data exposure (financial, health, biometric, government IDs).
• Adult content, fetish, escorting, or sexual wellness that violates local laws or partner policies. If ever permitted, it must be 18+, consensual, legal in both source and destination geographies, and must be labeled and age-gated. We reserve unilateral right to remove.

We may block links, throttle or suspend accounts, withhold or claw back payouts, preserve evidence, and report to authorities where required. Repeat infringers are terminated.
