Scope
These terms govern earnings and payouts from monetized links.
Earnings and rates
- Dynamic CPMs/CPA rates vary by geo/device/demand and are subject to change without notice.
- We may apply smart routing to maximize effective earnings.
Eligibility & thresholds
- Minimum payout threshold: [₹X / $X]; payout schedule: [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly], net [7/15/30].
- Methods: UPI/IMPS/NEFT (India), Wise/SWIFT (global). Fees may apply.
KYC, taxes, and compliance
- We require KYC before payouts (PAN mandatory for India). Provide accurate tax info.
- We may deduct TDS as required and issue certificates as per Indian tax law.
- You are responsible for reporting income; GST responsibilities, if any, are yours.
Invalid traffic & adjustments
- We follow MRC/TAG-aligned standards. We may mark traffic invalid due to bots, incentivized clicks, proxy/VPN manipulation, malware, mislabeling, or AUP violations.
- We can withhold, adjust, or claw back earnings for invalid or disputed traffic, or when partners refuse payment.
- We may freeze payouts during investigations.
Chargebacks and set-off
We may set off any amounts you owe us against amounts we owe you.
Fraud and abuse
Zero tolerance. We may terminate accounts, forfeit balances, and report to authorities.
Reporting
Dashboard earnings are preliminary. Finalized payouts are subject to partner validations.
