Overview
If you are an EEA/UK business customer and need a DPA, this addendum governs the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR/UK GDPR requirements.
Controller vs Processor Roles
- Account Data: We are an independent controller for your account information
- Click Analytics: We typically act as an independent controller due to our monetization/anti-fraud purposes
- Enterprise Features: Where you require processor terms for specific enterprise features, we can sign a DPA specifying scope and instructions
International Transfers
- We offer 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for Controller–Controller or Controller–Processor relationships
- UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA) for UK transfers
- Appropriate safeguards and technical measures in place
Security Measures
