Identification of the removed or disabled content and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India (or your local jurisdiction if outside India where required), and acceptance of service of process.

We terminate accounts that receive multiple valid infringement notices within a 12-month period. We may block specific destinations known for piracy.
